How to Use Bubble Bags™ to Make Hemp Milk

Save money and make your own preservative-free nut or seed milk at home by using your Bubble Bags.  You can use any 220 micron bag for this, or buy our 250 micron bag.

The following recipe is for Hemp Milk – you can find many recipes for rice milk, almond milk and other nut milks with a quick Google search.

You will need:  Hemp seed, raw or sprouted.  We prefer to use sprouted seeds.

1. Place one cup of seed in the blender with 3 cups of water. 
2. Blend the seed and water to make delicious hemp milk
3. Filter the hemp milk through your bubble bag to remove the seed husks and other solids
4. Enjoy.  You can experiment with different grains, seeds and nuts to find a blend that you love.  Some people also add vanilla, honey, or other flavourings.
