Privacy Policy
This site is owned and operated by Fresh Headies Internet Sales Ltd. Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. At Fresh Headies, we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe.
Information provided to Fresh Headies when ordering products from our site is kept private and not shared with any third party except as needed to fulfill your order. (Your name and address must be provided to United Parcel Service to deliver your package.) Your credit card number is secure and is not stored on our server.
Email addresses are not shared with any third party and are never used for any purpose other than communicating with you regarding your order.
Use of Information
Fresh Headies will not use personal information collected for any other purpose than those stated above, without consent. Fresh Headies never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.

Order Processing
Fresh Headies does not ship orders until Fresh Headies receives all the information it needs and full payment. Orders placed using a credit card are processed by our credit card provider immediately, and shipped within 4 - 6 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 2 business days and given the option of waiting or canceling your order.
Customers who place orders at the medical discount price must submit a copy of their medical exemption card or Dr.’s recommendation by fax at 604-254-3335 or by email shipping@freshheadies.com. Orders will be held until documentation is received, and shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Tracking Number
Fresh Headies will send a UPS tracking number to you by email. If you have not provided an email address with your order, you may phone us to get the tracking number.
Payment Methods
Fresh Headies allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you purchase.
Credit Cards
When you provide Fresh Headies with your credit card information, Fresh Headies will process your payment before sending your shipment.
Fresh Headies accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Money Order
Fresh Headies accepts money orders as a valid form of payment. If you wish to pay by money order, you may order online at www.freshheadies.com, by adding items to your cart and clicking "checkout". This will generate a printable order form which must be mailed in with your order. The money order must be payable to Fresh Headies. Please mail your payment and copy of your order form to:

Sales Tax
7% PST will be added to orders within BC, with the exception of wholesale customers.
5% GST will be added to all Canadian orders.
Shipping
All shipments are shipped with United Parcel Service and require a signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Please note that your order will usually not be shipped out the same day it is placed. Most orders are shipped the following day, although if we are very busy it can sometimes take an extra day. Please call our toll-free number 1-866-635-8464 to confirm a shipping date if your order is urgent, or emailorders@freshheadies.com.
Business Days: If an order is shipped on Monday, and takes 2 business days, it should arrive on Wednesday. If it takes 3 business days, it should arrive on Thursday. UPS delivers until 6 pm in most locations. Business days are Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays are not included.
Prices
Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Fresh Headies. reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Fresh Headies website at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear.
Product Availability
Although Fresh Headies makes every effort to ship your order within two business days of receiving your order, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the estimated shipping date changes, Fresh Headies will contact you via phone or email and provide a revised shipping date.
Fresh Headies makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Fresh Headies confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Fresh Headies learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Fresh Headies, or when Fresh Headies cannot source components for the products you ordered. In those circumstances, Fresh Headies will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Fresh Headies may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Fresh Headies will cancel your order for products Fresh Headies cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.
Return Policy
Returns: Products may be returned, unused, within 7 days for a full refund on the price of the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping) and duties paid. Used items may not be returned.
Warranty
We do not provide a warranty on items purchased on eBay. A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice is required for items purchased from a retail outlet.
6 Month Warranty: We stand behind our Bubble Bags, Bubble Now machines, and Bubble Boxes and will replace defective items within 6 months. Please contact us by email manager@freshheadies.com or phone 1-866-635-8464 if you have a defective item - do NOT ship it back to us. All defective product replacements are shipped either by mail (Canada Post/USPS) or by UPS Ground. We do not offer express shipping on items replaced under the 6 month warranty.
After 6 Months: Any defects or problems are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us. If we deem the item to be defective, we will replace it. The cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility in this case.
Product Orders
If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, it can be canceled if it has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, be assured that you can return any unused and unwanted items to Fresh Headies within 7 days after you receive them in accordance with our Return Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable if your order has already been sent.
Other Terms and Conditions
Fresh Headies reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
Fresh Headies may make changes to any products or services offered on freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided on freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Fresh Headies makes no commitment to update the information provided at freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com with respect to such products and services.
Fresh Headies reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com, or to any portion of freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com for any reason; (2) to modify or change freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com, or any portion of freshheadies.com, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com, or any portion of freshheadies.com and/or bubblebag.com, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
No Fresh Headies employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Fresh Headies policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
Fresh Headies’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by Fresh Headies of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between Fresh Headies and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
